It's hump day and we're back with another juice recipe!


1/2 Pineapple  (approx 1 Cup juice)
1 Large Orange
1 Lemon
1 Large Handfull of Grapes (approx 1/2 Cup juice)
Knob of Ginger (optional)

Drink this if you want to close your eyes and pretend you're on a white sand beach. It's deliciously refreshing, tropical and a great juice post work out. The pineapple not only helps with breaking down proteins but with muscle repair. You get your hit of Vitamin C, antioxidants and ultimately, it's just a great treat every once in awhile (it's a bit higher in calories so this may not be your every day juice). 

Note: I may or may not have tried this recipe with a splash of vodka and it was equally excellent.
