FOOD | SIMPLIFIED BIBIMBAP

I posted a photo on IG this quick meal I've been making lately and TONS wanted to see how it's made! Trust me, it looks way more impressive than it is ;) This is a great way to get rid of leftover veggies or meat you may have in your fridge because really, it's all in the sauce.

*Note, this is not an attempt to make the real traditional dish. I'm not that good haha.


INGREDIENTS

Rice
Gochujan (Korean Red Pepper Paste)
Sesame Oil
Honey (I've seen people use sugar or corn syrup)
Soy Sauce (optional)
Egg
Kimchi
+ any meat or veggies you want!

* If you want to add meat, I've made this with ground beef and chicken and it was great!
