This is a super easy recipe a friend of mine shared years ago and it's always a hit! Easy enough to adapt for one or a large group of people which is what I was doing in this video.
It's even vegetarian or vegan or whatever and for those who aren't into spicy, this is great!
(adjust to your taste or what you have available)
4 Ripe Avocados
2 Ripe Mangoes
1/2 Diced Red Onion
Handful chopped Cilantro (Optional)
Salt & Pepper To Taste
(Serves 2-4 ish depending on appetite)
INSTRUCTIONS: Cut it all up, mix it all together.
+ Cilantro is included in the original recipe but some people aren't a big fan of it so I left it out (also I didn't have any haha). That being said, I'm not usually a big fan of Cilantro but enjoy it in this guacamole!
+ You can use yellow onion but I feel the red onion really makes it!
